I was a guest on the Pizza Kebab Podcast (it)

Published on 8/1/2025
I had the pleasure of joining an episode of the Pizza Kebab Podcast, hosted by Daniele Mogavero, where we discussed core topics like Artificial Intelligence, no-code tools, and building effective MVPs. It was a conversation filled with practical details, real techniques, and stories of genuine innovation.
How to Build an Effective MVP with AI and No-Code
1. MVP: Maximum Impact with Minimal Effort
An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is used to test an idea with a limited investment and to get real feedback. It's important to define:
- Clear objectives,
- a simple, functional flow, and
- a roadmap for future evolutions.
2. When AI Integration Makes Sense
AI makes a difference when:
- data is unstructured,
- the problem’s rules change often,
- Cognitive automation is required (e.g., understanding text, complex logical choices).
But it should be used only when truly needed: artificial intelligence is not always the best solution, especially if a traditional algorithm can solve the problem in a few milliseconds at very low cost.
3. Validating with No-Code Tools
Tools like N8N or Make allow you to rapidly build prototypes that are easy to maintain:
- ideal for testing interactive flows with LLMs,
- useful for proof-of-concept (POC),
- perfect for MVPs without heavy use of technical resources.
These solutions shouldn’t be restricted to the final product, but they are powerful accelerators during the validation stage.
4. Multi-Agent Architectures and Data Reliability
During the interview with Daniele Mogavero, we delved into the use of multi-agent systems, inspired by protocols like Google's ITA (Interagent Transfer Architecture). This approach involves:
- autonomous agents that communicate with each other,
- use of reliable databases (RAG),
- cross-checks to reduce LLM hallucinations.
The result? A complex but robust system, suitable for solving non-trivial tasks.
5. The Real Limits: Cost, Time, Team
- AI agents require both computational and human resources.
- Dedicated teams are necessary (suggestion: at least 3-4 experienced people).
- Planning for maintenance, ongoing testing, and quality control is essential.
AI is not instantaneous: often the journey to a reliable system is long but necessary.
Thank You
A special thanks to Daniele Mogavero for hosting me on the Pizza Kebab Podcast and for opening up a genuine space to discuss technology, strategy, and innovation.
Conclusion
Building working digital solutions requires a balance of vision, pragmatism, and the right technical tools. AI can help, but it’s smart project design that really makes the difference.
If you’d like to dive deeper into these topics on your blog or start a conversation about real-world cases, feel free to reach out: I’m always happy to discuss strategies, experiments, and tools that truly work.
