Talk at AI Heroes 2025 – Google A2A

On May 27, 2025, I had the pleasure of participating in AI Heroes in Turin—one of the most important events in Italy for professionals working seriously with artificial intelligence. Organized by Synesthesia at UCI Cinemas Lingotto and also streamed online, the event brought together developers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers from across Europe for a full day of talks, live demos, and technical networking.

I spoke on behalf of Volcanic Minds, as founder and representative of our team, which joined the event as a Bronze Sponsor. It was a valuable opportunity to actively contribute to the discussion around the real-world evolution of AI and its practical applications.

My talk, titled “Agent Collaboration Across Frameworks: Interoperability with CrewAI, LangGraph, and Google A2A”, focused on a topic I believe is crucial for the future of AI development: interoperability between intelligent agents across different frameworks.

During the session, I explored three technologies that are reshaping the way we build multi-agent systems:

• CrewAI, a lightweight framework for autonomous agent collaboration;
• LangGraph, a graph-based orchestration engine for building complex and flexible LLM workflows;
• Google A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), a new open standard that allows agents to communicate across different frameworks and infrastructures.

I also shared a live demo (open source code available [here]) where an AI agent receives a user request and, via the A2A protocol, coordinates two distinct stacks: one built with CrewAI, the other with LangGraph. A concrete example of inter-framework collaboration, designed to inspire developers, software architects, and technical leads who are building the foundation of tomorrow’s AI.
